About The Position

BMW of Downtown Los Angeles, part of Car Pros Automotive Group, is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Consultants. This role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase or lease process, delivering a first-class customer experience that reflects the BMW brand. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply due to the diverse customer base.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Automotive or luxury retail sales experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Sell and lease new and pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and SUVs
  • Become a product expert by learning the features, benefits, and technology of current BMW models and competitive vehicles
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct professional showroom presentations and test drives
  • Present pricing proposals, financing, and lease options
  • Utilize legal, ethical, and customer-focused sales techniques
  • Maintain all required BMW manufacturer certifications and training
  • Safeguard customer confidential information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals
  • Deliver every vehicle with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Prospect for new business through phone calls, email, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals
  • Utilize and follow the Car Pros sales process
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in VinSolutions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Comply with all company policies and dealership standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
