The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up. Prospect, qualify, and convert new and returning customers into vehicle buyers. Deliver a consultative sales experience focused on customer needs and retention. Close retail vehicle deals to meet/exceed gross profit and volume targets. Manage follow-up, finance referrals, and post-sale customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with dealership processes and compliance.
