About The Position
Volvo Cars of South Bay, a proud member of the McKenna Cars family, is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Advisors to join their team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Torrance. They have served Southern California since 2018 and are receiving more leads than they can handle. Women are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in makes similar to Volvo are particularly welcome.
Requirements
- A positive attitude!
- Commitment to come to work every day, ready to learn, grow, and sell cars
- Confidence and proficiency in interacting with people, both in person and online
- A strong drive for success and cultivating new customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- DMV Sales License (this can be obtained post-hire)
- One year Automotive Sales required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a “World Class” customer service experience in our state-of-the-art showroom and in a modern, online sales environment.
- Guide customers through a comprehensive buying process, supported by our established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
