About The Position

BMW of Fort Myers is seeking a Salesperson to respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. This role involves promptly and accurately entering customer inquiry data into the CRM, generating sales appointments, and conducting phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience. The Salesperson will effectively utilize lead management tools, compile necessary reports and documentation, and perform other job-related duties as assigned. The position requires ethical behavior, a high degree of customer satisfaction, and honesty in all customer interactions. The Sales Representative position has a pay scale consisting of commission compensation based on closed sales, with no upper limit other than sales performance. A production bonus based on individual or team performance may also be offered.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
Ability to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
