About The Position

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to design and deliver industry-specific CRM solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). The role works closely with business, functional, and technical teams to implement Quote-to-Order, CPQ, and Order Management solutions using native Vlocity capabilities with minimal customization.

The developer designs, configures, and implements Vlocity solutions, supports systems analysis and solution design, and translates business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts. The role also contributes to agile delivery, integration work, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders across teams.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific CRM architectures, particularly in telecom, media, energy, and utilities domains.
• Ability to read and understand JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience implementing and consuming integrations using REST APIs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Clear professional communication skills, including emails, documentation, and technical presentations.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions using out-of-the-box components and best practices.
• Work across Vlocity CPQ / EPC, Quote-to-Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes to deliver scalable enterprise CRM solutions.
• Perform systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts.
• Support requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery using standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Document business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.
• Use knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS to support UI configuration and troubleshooting.
• Implement and consume integrations using REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leading whiteboard discussions and technical walkthroughs.
• Communicate through professional emails, documentation, and technical presentations.
