About The Position

Seeking a highly experienced and hands on Salesforce Technical Lead with 10-12 years of IT experience and deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong Salesforce development and architecture skills, with a clear understanding of Salesforce's strategic direction around Customer 360, Data Cloud, Agentforce, API led connectivity, composable architecture, and headless digital experiences.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands on Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Customer 360, data models, security architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Patterns, and Event Driven Architecture.
• Experience designing Headless Salesforce solutions using APIs and external digital experience layers.
• Good understanding of Data Cloud, Customer Identity, Customer 360, and cross cloud data orchestration.
• Experience with MuleSoft, middleware technologies, and API management platforms.
• Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, AI driven automation, and Salesforce roadmap initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/SAFe delivery models, and enterprise scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 ecosystems.
• Drive API first and headless architecture approaches enabling seamless integration between Salesforce and external digital channels.
• Develop and optimize solutions using Apex, LWC, Platform Events, Integration APIs, and modern Salesforce development frameworks.
• Design reusable services, microservices, and integration patterns leveraging MuleSoft and enterprise middleware platforms.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to future state technology roadmaps and platform modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce, AI, Data Cloud, Hyperforce, and composable enterprise architectures.
• Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and DevOps processes.
