About The Position

Halvik Corp is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their delivery team supporting the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). The Technical Lead will work closely with the Principal Enterprise Architect and other Technical Leads. This role involves leading scrum teams, driving the technical execution of Agentforce AI implementation, and contributing directly to development efforts. The position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and team development, with a focus on code quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
  • At least 3 years in a technical lead or team lead capacity on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • At least one additional advanced Salesforce certification (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or OmniStudio Developer).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Salesforce DX, and OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification patterns, and platform optimization.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions configurations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead scrum teams technically, conduct effective design and code reviews, mentor developers, and operate within an established architectural governance framework.
  • Comfortable with a "disagree and commit" decision-making model.
  • Proficiency with Git/GitHub, JIRA, Salesforce Data Loader, VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
  • Must be eligible for Public Trust (Tier 2 / MBI) security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Agentforce experience - agent configuration, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, or participation in Agentforce pilots/POCs.
  • Salesforce AI certifications (AI Associate, AI Specialist) or hands-on experience with Einstein GPT, Copilot, or Data Cloud.
  • Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Grants Management experience.
  • Familiarity with federal grants lifecycle - post-award monitoring, compliance, corrective actions, semi-annual reporting, closeout.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics), Tableau, or Data 360 semantic models.
  • MuleSoft integration experience or MuleSoft certification.
  • Prior experience on federal government Salesforce contracts.
  • FedRAMP compliance experience in a Salesforce Government Cloud environment.
  • SAFe certification (SA, SSM, or SPC) or equivalent scaled agile experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for an assigned scrum team, providing hands-on technical guidance, conducting design reviews, making implementation decisions, and removing technical blockers.
  • Ensure the team's code quality, manage technical debt, and uphold Salesforce platform best practices.
  • Lead the technical execution of the Agentforce roll-out, including designing and configuring agents for compliance review automation, defining grounding strategies, and integrating with Salesforce Platforms.
  • Contribute directly to sprint delivery with advanced Apex development, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio configurations, and Experience Cloud customizations.
  • Lead complex technical stories, including cross-object automation, governor limit optimization, and large-scale data operations.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Enterprise Architect on solution design, technical standards, and platform governance.
  • Translate architectural decisions into implementable patterns for the development team.
  • Participate in architecture review boards, provide input on technology direction, and escalate design trade-offs.
  • Establish and enforce code review standards, ensure code coverage, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Drive Section 508/WCAG compliance across team deliverables.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums within the SAFe framework.
