About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. This role is crucial for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, extensive experience in architecture design, data migration, integration, and full application lifecycle development. This position requires a client-facing approach and a commitment to continuous learning within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture.
Experience working for major F500 companies.
Minimum 10X Certified, with at least 2 Architect certifications.
Rich client experience and experience in client-facing roles.
Expert-level understanding and 10+ years of direct experience with the Salesforce product suite.
Expertise in at least 3 Salesforce clouds (preferably Financial Services Cloud, Sales, Service, Community/Experience).
Extensive experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
Proven desire to continue growing knowledge within the Salesforce ecosystem.
10+ years of Salesforce business process design and rules configuration.
Extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
10+ years of multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems.
8+ years of Integration architecture and tools experience (real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect).
Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development (solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing).
Expert-level knowledge in configuration, declarative customization, and APEX development.
Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management and ITSM processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce solutions for F500 companies, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud, Sales, Service, and Community/Experience clouds.
Lead data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
Apply expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite and its application in enterprise architecture.
Design multi-tier architecture for scalable solutions, including manufacturing and billing systems.
Develop and manage integration architecture using real-time APIs and ETL tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft, Salesforce Connect).
Oversee the full Salesforce application lifecycle, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment, and operationalization.
Utilize expert-level knowledge in Salesforce configuration, declarative customization, and APEX development.
Apply Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices, balancing configuration, customization, managed packages, AppExchange apps, accelerators, and connectors.
Leverage extensive knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
Engage in client-facing roles to understand and address business needs.
