As a Salesforce Support Analyst at Daxko, you will play a key role in ensuring our Salesforce platform runs smoothly for teams across the company. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for end users, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements that make Salesforce more efficient, scalable, and user friendly. You’ll work closely with our Business Systems team, partnering with Salesforce administrators and developers to keep the platform optimized and continuously improving. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and customer service mindset who wants hands-on Salesforce experience and the chance to grow their career. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Systems.
