We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Lead to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives across our enterprise environment — from problem definition through deployment. This is fundamentally a leadership and ownership role: you will drive stakeholder relationships, lead solution design, and hold accountability for outcomes, not just code. Strong Salesforce technical skill is required, but the candidate we're looking for leads first and builds second. You will guide other members of the Salesforce team, represent technical direction to business stakeholders, and ensure our Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives and scales effectively. As Solutions Lead, you will also own the Release Manager function: deployment strategy, release execution, and ensuring all releases are tracked, documented, and reversible.
