About The Position

DX Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect with Financial Services Cloud expertise and a proven history of designing and delivering complex, client-facing projects, particularly in financial services. The role leads solution design, architecture, and delivery for Salesforce implementations. It includes discovery and requirements gathering, solution design, proof-of-concept development, quality reviews, release planning, and DevOps governance. The architect also provides technical guidance and mentorship, collaborates with stakeholders, and helps ensure technical specifications and project outcomes are aligned.

The position is remote in Mexico. Applicants must be authorized to work in Mexico, and only resumes submitted in English will be considered.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of consulting experience with expertise in enterprise applications for financial services.
• At least 3 years of experience developing custom Salesforce applications.
• Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow, and other Salesforce tools.
• Proven ability to lead client requirements-gathering and solution-design sessions.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience integrating third-party solutions or implementing nCino applications.
• Proficiency deploying web and enterprise systems using REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and release processes.
• Authorization to work in Mexico.
• Resume must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer needs, identify user personas, and gather requirements and user stories.
• Assess clients’ current architecture and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and present solution designs to stakeholders, explaining their value and seeking approval.
• Ensure user stories are well defined and conduct quality reviews.
• Create proofs of concept and demos, incorporating best-practice recommendations.
• Gather client feedback and refine designs.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded.
• Assess and recommend improvements to processes, designs, operations, and testing.
• Assess project technical complexity and ensure appropriate resources are allocated.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues.
• Provide release planning, DevOps governance, and deployment plans.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing, and work with users on user acceptance testing.
• Write technical specifications for custom development, system integration, and related work with technical team members.
• Document build plans and delegate work to team members.
• Mentor, train, and guide team members.
