About The Position

Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to work for our company.
Summary
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
Client Agency is the Customs & Border Protection
Responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Expected to stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and continuously improve our Salesforce environment.
Possess deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Establish enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Lead platform modernization, technical roadmaps, and capability evolution.
Develop and Implement FinOps and Cost Optimization strategies.
Develops and Implements Governance and Stakeholder Engagement strategies

Requirements

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• 8+ years of experience in an IT-related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have strong communication skills.
