About The Position

Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to work for our company. The client agency is Customs & Border Protection. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient. The architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed. The architect is expected to stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and continuously improve our Salesforce environment. A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns is essential. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies is required. The role also includes establishing enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices, leading platform modernization, technical roadmaps, and capability evolution. Developing and implementing FinOps and Cost Optimization strategies, as well as Governance and Stakeholder Engagement strategies, are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
• Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies.
• 8+ years of experience in an IT-related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
