About The Position
As a Salesforce Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and testers to deliver Salesforce requirements with a declarative-first mindset. This position is focused on Sales Cloud and Agentforce, with emphasis on scalable configuration patterns and governance. In this role, you will apply Salesforce best practices to balance speed, maintainability, and platform alignment. You will design and implement Flow-based and configuration-driven solutions, mentor junior team members on declarative delivery patterns, and apply custom development selectively for complex needs. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering Salesforce platform solutions, including declarative automation, Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience committing code and metadata to Git repositories
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, and Flosum
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle
- HS diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience implementing and optimizing Sales Cloud and Agentforce solutions
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
