Arganteal is delivering the Salesforce workstream of the SNAP Customer Portal, a federal customer-facing portal. The engagement runs approximately twelve weeks beginning May 2026 and supports a firm Base Operational Readiness milestone of July 1, 2026 and Full Scope Delivery of August 3, 2026. The build is delivered on Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and integrates with ServiceNow Service Portal and a Microsoft Entra External ID customer tenant. The Salesforce Solution Architect leads the technical design and delivery of the Salesforce side of SNAP. Responsibilities include authoring the Low Level Design, validating the federation pattern, owning integration contracts, and remaining hands-on keyboard for complex Apex and LWC development through cutover and stabilization. The role reports to the Arganteal engagement lead and coordinates daily with the Project Manager and Tech Lead.
