About The Position

KAYGEN is seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Architect with strong hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Service Cloud architecture, Multi-Org to Single-Org consolidation, Salesforce data migration, and security architecture. The candidate should have played multiple roles across Salesforce implementations and be capable of working across architecture, configuration, development, data migration, security, integrations, and technical leadership. This role requires someone who can evaluate multiple Salesforce organizations, define a target-state architecture, develop a strategy to consolidate them into a single Salesforce org, and ensure successful migration of data, security models, configurations, and business processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Proven background in Service Cloud architecture.
• Experience with Multi-Org to Single-Org consolidation.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration.
• Experience with security architecture.
• Played multiple roles across Salesforce implementations.
• Capable of working across architecture, configuration, development, data migration, security, integrations, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Salesforce Service Cloud architecture.
• Design solutions supporting customer service, case management, service operations, and related business processes.
• Define Salesforce data, application, integration, and security architecture.
• Establish Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development, configuration, integration, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, integration teams, and data teams.
