About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as Salesforce Quality Analyst (QA). In this role, you will ensure the reliability, accuracy, performance, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. You will execute quality assurance across configuration, integrations, automation, and releases while partnering closely with Administrators, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders. You will help deliver defect-free releases, increase user trust in Salesforce data, and reduce rework and production incidents.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years Salesforce QA, Admin, or Business Systems experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Experience testing Flows, validation rules, automation, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery.
  • Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (Provar, Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing, etc.).
  • Understanding of data governance and reporting validation.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications.
  • Certifications in testing tools or QA methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and reusable testing assets, including test plans, test scripts, and regression libraries.
  • Perform functional testing of new features, configurations, and enhancements within Salesforce.
  • Execute regression testing to validate stability of core workflows and automation dependencies.
  • Manage defects by logging, triaging, reproducing issues, and supporting root cause analysis.
  • Validate integrations and data accuracy, including API testing and field mapping verification.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement reviews.
  • Monitor production performance, track defect trends, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop and enhance automated testing scripts and QA tooling.
  • Support UAT cycles and perform smoke testing prior to releases.
