About The Position

Abra Professional Services is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to manage and lead the Salesforce team’s Scope of Work. This role involves collaborating with other technical project managers, balancing ongoing development requests with large-scale strategic initiatives, and leading cross-organizational technical projects within the Salesforce environment. The Project Manager will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-go-live support. Responsibilities include leading requirements-gathering sessions, finalizing requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with development teams for proper implementation. The role also entails leading technical planning discussions, negotiating requirements, building consensus among stakeholders, and implementing solutions using Salesforce’s built-in tools and capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, demonstrating strong platform knowledge, a deep understanding of its capabilities, and familiarity with its various solution types.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical, implementable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience building solutions for business users on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and engage in professional discussions with engineers regarding architecture, dependencies, and risks.
• Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems and applications.
• A proactive approach to leveraging AI tools throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to solution design and implementation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into technical solutions.

• Experience working with Salesforce Omni-Channel — an advantage.
