About The Position

Serve at the intersection of Product Manager and Product Owner for our Commercial instance of Salesforce (“Oneforce”), the core platform enabling Commercial Sales and Account development Teams globally. You will influence the product vision and roadmap while also owning day-to-day execution, translating strategy into detailed requirements and working side-by-side with engineering teams to deliver value iteratively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, including user journey mapping, & working with end users to help understand future of use cases
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including experience and knowledge of lead journeys, campaign management, project experience using Data cloud and Agentforce use cases would be preferable.
  • Proven experience functioning as a Product Owner in an agile environment, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and story writing.
  • Experience implementing enterprise-scale CRM enhancements or transformations.
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture considerations.
  • Demonstrated success leading change management and stakeholder alignment across diverse user groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven prioritization capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across business and technology audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Product managers and Product Owners to support defining and evolving the Oneforce product roadmap
  • Support the creation and influence a roadmap aligned to commercial business priorities and Sales team needs.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Enterprise Salesforce teams to evaluate opportunities, define value, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user experience.
  • Establish KPIs around adoption, sales productivity, data quality, automation impact, and user satisfaction. Use data to influence roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Create, refine, and prioritize epics and user stories. Clearly define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical architecture.
  • Translate complex business processes into actionable user stories, process flows, and business rules. Ensure clarity to enable efficient development and testing.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives. Answer real-time questions, clarify requirements, and remove blockers to maintain sprint velocity.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate functionality against business requirements, and ensure release readiness. Partner with stakeholders to prepare communications and training materials.
  • Document and maintain clarity on differences in functionality across user roles, markets, and regulatory environments. Ensure scalable solutions while accommodating necessary regional variations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and enablement teams to implement critical technology changes. Develop rollout strategies, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure successful adoption.
  • Bring a pragmatic, creative mindset to solving complex Salesforce challenges. Balance short-term tactical fixes with long-term scalable architecture.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and enterprise partners to maintain system integrity, data quality, and alignment with platform best practices.
  • Gather feedback from Sales and Account development Teams and incorporate insights into backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
