About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. As the key technical authority, you will collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to architect solutions that align with business needs, Salesforce best practices, and long-term transformation goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Strong expertise across Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration design.
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, system architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and driving CI/CD processes.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
- Understanding of multi-org strategy and enterprise security protocols
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or Tableau CRM
- Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex architectures.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on scalability and performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
- Define solution strategy, data architecture, and integration design aligned with business and platform requirements.
- Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and analysts.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.
- Develop architecture documentation including solution blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance, and best practices.
- Support production environments and guide resolution of high-priority technical issues.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations and recommend platform enhancements.
