About the Role The Loyalty Product Manager will lead the strategy, design, and execution of next‑generation loyalty experiences, serving as the primary owner of loyalty program transformation initiatives. In this role, you will define the product vision for loyalty capabilities, translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of customer‑centric loyalty solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leaders to shape a loyalty ecosystem that drives measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with deep knowledge of loyalty program strategy, strong analytical skills, and hands‑on familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be expected to articulate a clear product vision, develop compelling value narratives for investment, and influence senior stakeholders to drive loyalty innovation at scale.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management, including design, implementation, configuration, or solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud, and how loyalty capabilities integrate across the broader CRM/CX journey.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, or optimizing loyalty programs within retail or e‑commerce environments.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel loyalty strategy, including online + in‑store integration, mobile app engagement, and personalized loyalty experiences.
  • Strong analytical ability to perform Loyalty ROI analysis, including customer lifetime value modeling, purchase frequency, engagement metrics, and program cost modeling.
  • Experience building business cases for loyalty redesign or replatforming, with an ability to articulate strategic and financial benefits to senior stakeholders.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for loyalty transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to customer experience and business goals.
  • Lead loyalty program redesign and replatforming, defining functional requirements, user stories, and future‑state program architecture.
  • Develop and maintain ROI models, business cases, and value realization frameworks for loyalty program enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into product capabilities, leveraging Salesforce Loyalty best practices (tiers, rules, promotions, point economies).
  • Partner with engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of loyalty features and integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud).
  • Evaluate loyalty platforms and emerging technologies to influence future product direction.
  • Conduct industry and customer research to inform product decisions, personalization opportunities, and omnichannel loyalty strategies.
  • Measure and optimize product performance using metrics such as CLV, purchase frequency, and engagement KPIs.
