About The Position

Application Developers develop, test and integrate applications, frameworks and tools in a controlled environment. With expertise in a specific technology environment, they are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management or technical application management of client-specific package based solutions.

Requirements

• Certifications: You maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and/or relevant programming tools/language, and relevant methodology.

Responsibilities

• Represent team in project meetings.
• Work with business and functional analysts, and software and solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended.
• Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for offshore Team Technical Leads and development teams.
• Translate solution and technical designs into clear build guidance for offshore pods, covering OmniStudio components, integrations, and data operations.
• Review code, configuration, and technical deliverables to ensure adherence to approved designs, VS Code conventions, and GitHub standards.
• Actively manage day-to-day technical execution issues including clarifications, defect triage, and dependency resolution.
• Ensure alignment between what the Functional Lead designed, what the Technical Architect approved, and what is being built.
• Identify early warning signs of deviation, quality risk, or misunderstanding and escalate appropriately.
• Support sprint planning and backlog readiness by validating technical feasibility and build clarity.
• Coordinate with the CI/CD Lead and Release Train Engineer to ensure builds are deployable, testable, and production-ready via Copado.
• Use ChatGPT to accelerate build guidance documentation, defect notes, and offshore communication clarity.
