In this role you will get to focus on different areas of various applications including Sales Cloud/CRM, Service, and platform applications. This is a remote opportunity for the Los Angeles and Pasadena CA markets. What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate with IT/Cloud Product Applications team and participate in Sales Cloud/CRM product development using our innovative CICD and agile process. Exposure to system administration, provisioning, deployments, and org maintenance. Become a member of the Service Cloud and custom platform development team and use your Salesforce skills with Cases, automation, and custom applications built on the Salesforce platform, including both Commercial and Gov Cloud instances. Learn and deliver analysis and test plans using our program management toolset including JIRA/Confluence/Quip, and create regression tests using our Copado Robotic Testing software Participate in training sessions and workshops regarding our Center of Excellence at Parsons, conduct and prepare training materials and research documents for internal and external users. Collaborate with IT, HR, and other relevant teams to promote the importance of Salesforce management and facilitate cross-functional sharing and communicate updates and best practices related to IT and HR Salesforce practices. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT and HR Salesforce processes and tools and contribute ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and analysis. Assist in the documentation of IT and HR Salesforce management processes, procedures, and best practices, and contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for Salesforce use cases. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Information or Computer Science. Strong technical and organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies. Requirements

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Information or Computer Science.
Strong technical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
