About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator with experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support the configuration, rollout, and ongoing management of our Salesforce platform within an insurance environment. This role combines technical Salesforce administration with project coordination responsibilities and reports to the SVP of Technology. This position may be located at our Rutherford, New Jersey headquarters or REMOTE based. Requirements

  • 3–5 years Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Strong configuration skills
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model
  • Experience with implementations/rollouts
  • Experience with Asana or Jira
  • Strong Excel and Teams skills
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce FSC (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, layouts)
  • Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Support rollout activities (requirements, testing, deployment
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Build reports and dashboards
  • Provide updates to leadership
  • Support user adoption and training
