About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead transformation initiatives, including migrations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of functional and technical expertise.

Requirements

15+ years of hands-on experience as an Architect, Lead Consultant, or Solution Lead
Demonstrated deep expertise in configuring and implementing Salesforce
Extensive experience in conducting design workshops with diverse client teams.
Exceptional presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Act as the lead architect for Salesforce implementations, responsible for the overall solution design, technical architecture, and integration strategy.
Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Design and document future-state business processes and system configurations.
Stay abreast of the latest updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Architect and support hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
Collaborate with infrastructure teams for lift-and-shift migrations or hybrid cloud designs
Participate in design reviews, testing cycles, and production cutover planning
Lead design workshops with clients to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and drive consensus.
Facilitate discussions on complex business processes, data migration strategies, integration points, and reporting needs.
Guide clients through critical design decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities and Reporting requirements
Document workshop outcomes, design specifications, and configuration decisions thoroughly.
Understand the integration points.
