We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce to drive the vision, strategy, and governance for Salesforce solutions that align with our customers’ business goals. This position will be responsible for designing the overarching structure for large complex Salesforce implementations, bridging business strategy with technical execution by defining scalable patterns, data models, and integration roadmaps across multiple clouds and systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, and focusing on future growth, AI, and data governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of successful Salesforce deployments. This person will lead cross-functional efforts to define, establish, and govern a unified architecture framework. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 10+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions which should include experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar technical leadership role
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Salesforce Architect-level credentials demonstrating enterprise-scale mastery, including Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect
  • Demonstrated expertise applying Salesforce architectural best practices beyond individual implementations, including org strategy, governance models, integration patterns, and long-term platform evolution

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Serve as the lead technical champion of the Salesforce practice setting direction and strategy. Partner with client executives to translate business vision into a Salesforce roadmap, ensuring technology supports long-term goals and vision
  • Expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem and a passion for learning and understanding the ongoing evolution of the platform
  • Ability to bring a forward-thinking vision to customer solutions, leveraging how the Salesforce roadmap can be best leveraged by clients to solve their business needs
  • Architecture & Design: Develop high-level and detailed technical designs, defining core architecture, data models, and integrating legacy systems and new cloud services. Bring creative solutioning and an engineering-led mindset to prospective and active clients
  • Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and policies, and collaborate across Bridgenext practices serving as the Salesforce technical leader
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide development teams, provide architectural blueprints, lead solution design, and act as a technical escalation point
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure holistic solutions
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce features, build Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and promote efficient, scalable solutions
