Requirements

Public Sector Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is good to have.
Service Cloud Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation.
Architectural Leadership: Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect capacity.
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Technical Oversight: Lead and supervise the implementation team, providing high-level architectural guidance and technical governance.
Design Validation: Conduct rigorous reviews of technical designs, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce standards.
Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary liaison between the implementation team and the customer, advising on roadmap strategy and development best practices.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality code delivery and efficient system integration.
