Managing Enterprise Architect - Salesforce Technical Architect

About The Position

As a Junior Technical Architect,will be part of the growing Salesforce practice, serving as a SME to sales and delivery teams on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable discussing and demonstrating all aspects of the platform, including but not limited to business processes, hosting infrastructure, security, integration to other IT systems with IT audiences up to CIO/CTO level and engage LOB heads and business users. Enterprise Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT. Enterprise Architects define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on objectives and constraints. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level. Requirements

At least 4 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as a Technical Architect)
Salesforce certifications or working toward certification
End-to- end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 1 Salesforce project1
Significant Consulting/client facing background
Participation in each phase of at least five full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

12+ years experience
Bachelor’s Degree.
Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
Should be master in Functional Architecture Design.
Should have experience in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management.
Should be proficient in Business Analysis & Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

Ownership of workstream functional design and delivery of solutions to clients
Coordinate with the Project Manager during project setup, on-boarding and planning activities.
Oversee Business Analysts gathering business requirements and translate them into a technical solution
Work with off-shore teams for solution architecture, estimates, delivery etc.
Create key architecture documentation and deliverables for specific workstreams
Design report specifications for clients Salesforce reports
Support Train-the-Trainer materials
You design and manage complete enterprise solutions.
You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization.
You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
