About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role involves establishing best practices, guiding technical teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem meets business objectives and technical standards. You will be responsible for architecting secure, scalable integrations, optimizing system performance, and mentoring our Salesforce team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 4 years in an architect role.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, data migration, and integration tools.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and identity management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.
• Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance models, while guiding technical teams through complex architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs, and architect secure, scalable integrations with external platforms.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, enforce security and compliance protocols, and ensure all Salesforce implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Mentor developers, architects, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation across the Salesforce team.
