About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to support lead management capabilities across Home Lending and Dealer Services. This individual will join a Salesforce engineering team responsible for maintaining and enhancing CRM solutions used by core sales organizations. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role within an Agile delivery model—ideal for someone who enjoys building, supporting, and iterating on enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions in a fast‑moving environment. This role is not focused on architecture or strategy, but rather on day‑to‑day development, support, and delivery of Salesforce functionality that enables business operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
  • Experience working in an enterprise or large‑scale environment
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and core CRM capabilities
  • Experience working in Agile teams and sprint‑based delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage changing priorities and adapt in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with distributed/onshore‑offshore teams
  • Hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining production Salesforce environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including integrations or email journey triggers
  • Exposure to Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Agentforce
  • Salesforce certifications (nice to have, not required)
  • Experience in financial services or similarly complex enterprise environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce CRM functionality related to lead management
  • Execute development work within Agile sprint cycles (typically 4 weeks)
  • Partner with onshore engineers, offshore developers, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
  • Support ongoing business enhancements, enterprise initiatives, and security-driven updates
  • Provide day‑to‑day production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving requirements in a dynamic delivery environment
  • Help ensure performance, stability, and usability of Salesforce solutions across supported business units
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Development Manager and broader engineering team
