About The Position

The Programmer/Analyst-Senior modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce DevOps experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Copado CI/CD , including Source Format pipelines
• 3+ years of experience with Git , Azure DevOps , and GitHub
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile principles
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and metadata

Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, with a focus on automation, reliability, and governance across lower and higher environments.
• Environment & Sandbox Management Maintain consistent and stable Salesforce environments and sandboxes, ensuring correct configuration and alignment across the Copado pipeline.
• Continuous Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall DevOps and release lifecycle using Copado best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Deployment Support Investigate and resolve deployment issues, provide technical support to development teams, and ensure smooth promotion of changes across environments. When required, open and manage Copado vendor support tickets.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Create and maintain documentation for release processes, CI/CD pipelines, Copado configurations, and DevOps standards. Actively share knowledge across the broader Salesforce COE.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with developers, QA, architects, and release managers to align DevOps strategies with business and delivery objectives.
