About The Position

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a growing technology and ERP implementation company. This is a 100% remote opportunity for a developer based in Canada who will work on Salesforce development, customization, and integration projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce professional with strong technical skills, a passion for building scalable solutions, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong experience with Salesforce development and customization
• Hands-on experience with Apex
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be located in Canada
• Must be available to work during Quebec business hours (Eastern Time Zone)
• English required

Nice To Haves

• French is an asset but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Participate in Salesforce implementation and optimization projects
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions
• Follow Salesforce best practices and development standards
