About The Position

Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). Perform code reviews and serve as a technical lead as assigned. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft). Understand DevOps practices, CI/CD (Gearset/Copado, etc.), and version control systems. Proficient with Salesforce data loader, Workbench, etc. Assure requirements are defined and approved, perform code reviews, and ensure agency application development standards are met. Work with business area personnel to ensure requirements are thoroughly defined and approved. Perform impact analyses to identify interdependencies and assist with design reviews. Able to perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, system configuration, data analytics, and automating processes. Support software deployment tasks in non-production and production environments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • At least 2-3 years in Omnistudio platform
  • 5+ years experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs.
  • 6 mos – 1 year Exp working on public sector solutions (Grants Management)
  • Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product
  • Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
  • Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII)
