About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support enterprise business and mission requirements. This role will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications.

Requirements

  • Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph
  • Experience developing and customizing applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation
  • Experience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP APIs
  • Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data models
  • Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile development environments

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise and cloud-based systems
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with DevOps and automated Salesforce deployment tools
  • Experience supporting Salesforce solutions within federal government or highly regulated environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements
  • Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and automation
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications, databases, and APIs
  • Build automated business processes using Salesforce Flow and other platform capabilities
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize Salesforce performance
  • Support data migrations, data quality, and system integration activities
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
