About The Position

Mindex is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our team supporting the full software development lifecycle for enterprise clients. In this role, you'll build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, design complex business processes, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions — all while helping us continue to modernize and expand our Salesforce environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Five+ years of experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Aura, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern Salesforce automation tools such as Salesforce Flow.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching developers.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce.
  • Experience balancing click-to-configure solutions with custom code where appropriate.
  • Salesforce Developer certification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforce workflows, process builder, and triggers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data migrations and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed across all development activities.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve our Salesforce environment.
