About The Position

You are joining at the exact moment we are integrating Agentforce and generative AI into the heart of our Salesforce ecosystem to transform our partner operations into a global automation engine. You will be the technical owner of our Salesforce platform, managing both development and administration end to end. Your day to day involves building scalable solutions with Apex and LWC, orchestrating complex Flows, and maintaining the integrity of our integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs. You are joining an environment where AI is a core component because you will collaborate with the Agentforce team to deploy intelligent automations that free our teams from repetitive manual tasks. By managing sandbox environments and deployment pipelines, you will ensure every iteration strengthens platform security and performance while supporting our strategic business goals.

Requirements

Hybrid developer skilled in both Apex code and declarative tools.
Proficient in platform and security concepts, including permissions, roles, and data governance.
Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Autonomous and proactive in identifying and addressing technical debt or security gaps.
Experience building automated workflows that replace manual processes.
Ability to critically evaluate generated AI outputs for reliability.
