About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Experience Cloud to join our team. This role involves leading the end-to-end architecture, technical development, and integration of our Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. You will be responsible for designing robust security models, implementing advanced LWC components, and ensuring seamless data integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives.

Requirements

Experience with Experience Cloud architecture, including LWR and Aura templates.
Proficiency in designing security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata.
Advanced LWC development skills, optimized for the LWR framework.
Experience with Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS.
Experience with Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integration.
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and Named Credentials.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and scalability best practices.
Experience in stakeholder management and translating business requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata.
Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability through code reviews.
Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
