About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across various environments. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire Salesforce deployment lifecycle using Copado, from development to production, and the ability to integrate these processes with Git-based version control systems. You will also be involved in coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments and automating deployments with quality gates and defined promotion paths. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems.
- Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado.
- Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools.
- Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths.
- Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
