About The Position

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, including multi object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization.
• Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL queries.
• Hands on experience independently delivering complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories.
• Experience implementing complex Apex integrations, applying multiple integration design patterns.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and multi object security architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor team members.

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 design patterns developing complex Apex Integration.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or above.
• Exposure to Banking, Financial service or Wealth Management domains.
• Exposure to AI and AI integrations.
