About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role involves implementing and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data modeling, and related technologies, coupled with excellent communication and consulting abilities. This is a W2-only position with a contract duration of 12+ months.

Requirements

• Strong CDP / Data Cloud implementation experience
• Expertise in segmentation activation, RFM analysis, and CLV
• Experience with zero-copy or zero-ETL architecture
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
• Understanding of identity resolution, consent management, and customer data governance
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data, martech, CRM, analytics, or consulting
• 2+ years of hands-on CDP / Data Cloud experience

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Relevant certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Develop and execute segmentation strategies, including RFM analysis and CLV calculations.
• Design and implement zero-copy or zero-ETL data architectures.
• Utilize strong SQL and data modeling skills to manage and analyze customer data.
• Integrate Data Cloud with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Advise on and implement solutions for identity resolution, consent management, and customer data governance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide expert consulting services related to Salesforce Data Cloud.
