About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Salesforce Data 360 individual to join ListEngage Academy, our internal enablement team. This individual will play a critical role in educating and empowering learners to confidently understand and use Salesforce Data 360. The learners will be a mix of new employees with little to no Salesforce experience and veteran Salesforce employees transitioning into Salesforce Data 360. The ideal candidate is not only an expert in Salesforce Data 360, but also a passionate and engaging educator who can break down complex concepts into approachable, real-world learning experiences. While prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred, it is not required. It is more important that the individual have firsthand experience implementing Salesforce Data 360, a high technical aptitude, and a natural inclination to help others succeed. Additionally, the individual must be comfortable presenting and facilitating conversation a majority of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required
  • Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification required
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360
  • Strong understanding of: Data modeling and data ingestion, Identity resolution, Segmentation and activation, Data governance and privacy basics
  • Proficient with SQL (can write complex queries without the use of AI)
  • Experience working with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience (formal or informal)
  • Experience working with adult learners, career switchers, or early-career professionals
  • Background in instructional design or curriculum development

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360
  • Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners
  • Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels
  • Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs
