About The Position

Support the DOT ACERS Salesforce modernization program as the functional bridge between federal stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team. Lead requirements gathering, documentation, Confluence/Jira management, functional QA, UAT, and Section 508 compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years as Salesforce Business/Quality Analyst.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence and Agile.
  • Eligible for Public Trust security clearance.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Federal contracting experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • CSM, CSPO, ISTQB or Atlassian Certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign
  • Active Public Trust preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions and gather/document requirements.
  • Produce meeting minutes and convert action items into Jira stories/tasks.
  • Maintain Confluence knowledge base and documentation.
  • Create BRDs, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
  • Develop and execute functional, regression, end-to-end and UAT test cases.
  • Track defects in Jira and validate fixes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization.
  • Analyze Salesforce Service Cloud processes including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, SLAs and declarative automation.
  • Ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance.
