About The Position

DPCG is seeking qualified candidates to join their talent pipeline for an upcoming CBP contract award. This role serves as a Salesforce Business Analyst, supporting application teams and enterprise governance within a Salesforce Center of Innovation. The analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, managing governance processes to maintain platform order, and overseeing the lifecycle of application teams on the platform, from onboarding to clean offboarding. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading stakeholder sessions and has a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, Salesforce, business analysis, or closely related technical services.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or other FedRAMP environments.
  • Confluence and Jira, plus ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platform.
  • Prior federal or public sector experience.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, governance, process, and functional requirements with stakeholders and application teams.
  • Translate operational needs into process guidance, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable work items.
  • Produce governance artifacts and keep them accurate as processes change.
  • Coordinate enterprise-level Salesforce changes and document them before implementation in line with Center of Innovation governance processes.
  • Maintain and improve governance references and support materials in Confluence so teams can find answers without asking.
  • Participate in weekly governance and coordination calls.
  • Close out governance dependencies so nothing is left open when work completes.
  • Onboard new application teams, including orientation to governance processes and enterprise platform services.
  • Manage orderly offboarding and decommissioning, including stakeholder coordination and disposition of dormant applications.
  • Keep best-practice guidance current so teams can serve themselves.
