About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, process knowledge, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
• Salesforce certification is required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills: The ability to assess complex problems and identify solutions
• Communication skills: Clear and effective communication to gather requirements and explain solutions
• Business knowledge: An understanding of business processes and how technology can improve them
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and business leaders

Nice To Haves

• Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document technical release team processes and workflows
• Write clear, testable release team's user stories with acceptance criteria
• Produce clear written communication explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
• Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture
