About The Position

Highly strategic and technically proficient Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect to lead the technical vision of the Salesforce platform. As a leader of the project team, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that serve our Banking / Insurance / Wealth Management clients while ensuring strict adherence to global financial regulations. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, understand requirements, present solution options, and make recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years specifically architecting solutions on Financial Services Cloud.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven understanding of financial service lifecycles (e.g., client onboarding, mortgage processing, or wealth planning).
  • Data Models: Deep expertise in Large Data Volumes (LDV), complex sharing models, and data migration from legacy financial systems.
  • Development Background: Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow, with the ability to perform rigorous code reviews.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect (required).
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (highly preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified Data Architect or Sharing and Deployment Designer.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture Leadership: Lead the end-to-end technical design of Salesforce FSC, including custom data modeling, integration architecture, and security frameworks.
  • FSC Governance: Define and enforce best practices for the FSC data model, specifically managing Person Accounts, Households, and the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC).
  • Security & Compliance: Architect solutions that satisfy SOC2, FINRA, and GDPR requirements using tools like Salesforce Shield and Compliant Data Sharing.
  • Integration Oversight: Design robust API-led integration patterns between Salesforce and core financial systems (e.g., core banking, policy administration, or portfolio management tools).
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor Technical/Development teams through the implementation phases. Act as the technical authority for developers and admins, ensuring code quality and platform stability.
