About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Client platform, specifically within the health insurance domain. The role involves building AI Agents using Client Agentforce and requires strong technical skills in Salesforce development, API testing, and test automation. The candidate will work in a hybrid model in Hartford, CT, for a 1-year contract duration. Experience in a global delivery model and Agile/SAFe environments is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Client platform.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Agentforce.
• Client Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification.
• Experience building AI Agents using Client Agentforce.
• 1 year of experience with test automation frameworks and modern testing tools.
• 2 years of experience in API testing and data validation across distributed systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Client Developer/Admin experience with Client CRM, Apex, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, Workflows & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles.
• 1 year of Client Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript.

Nice To Haves

• Agentforce Specialist Certification.
• Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT.
