We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains a powerful tool for collaboration, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys optimizing business processes, empowering users with technology, and partnering across teams to deliver impactful solutions. As part of a growing and innovative organization, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of our technology ecosystem. This role will sit in Waukee, Iowa and is not a remote position.
Requirements
- Minimum 0-2 years’ Salesforce experience.
- A desire for further learning of the Salesforce Platform is essential.
- Must possess ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvements.
- Must be able to be on-site in Waukee, Iowa
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support
- Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption.
