Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration for deployment or operational support projects
  • University degree in administration or a related field
  • Advanced level of French, both spoken and written.
  • Intermediate level of English, as the role involves participating in meetings and presentations, as well as writing emails with English-speaking partners and suppliers on a daily basis (approximately 20% of tasks).

Responsibilities

  • Implement, document, and maintain configurations and administrative functions (user accounts, workflows, fields, data, custom settings, dashboards, and reports).
  • Ensure optimal performance and proper functioning of Salesforce configurations.
  • Collaborate with integrators, business analysts, solution architects, and the Product Manager.
  • Participate in defining functional and technical specifications, analyze business needs, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Configure and document specific solutions or interfaces, support user training, and stay up to date on new tools, features, and Salesforce platform updates.
