Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) — Essential/Required
  • Experience working within a governed Salesforce org with established security and data standards
  • Exposure to data migration projects and working with large datasets
  • Experience collaborating with developers or technical partners on automation builds
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (preferably in a Sales Cloud environment)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator — Strongly Preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder — Preferred
  • Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist — Beneficial given the Agentforce duties
  • Prior experience with user training or change management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including creating and customizing objects, fields, and page layouts based on business requirements, as well as resolving submitted support cases in a timely manner
  • Develop, document, and enforce CRM policies, standards, and best practices, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with governance standards and data privacy regulations
  • Manage field-level security, sharing rules, and access controls to protect sensitive business and customer data
  • Partner with an external Salesforce developer to design and build automated workflows and Flows, and other process automations to reduce manual effort and improve productivity
  • Manage the full user lifecycle, including creating and deactivating user accounts when employees join or leave the company, and assigning and adjusting profiles, roles, and permission sets based on job functions
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and provide Salesforce training to guide users on platform best practices and functionality
  • Implement and manage data quality standards, including setting up validation rules to prevent incomplete or incorrect data, performing regular duplicate reports, and merging duplicate accounts based on user requests
  • Execute data import and migration processes using tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales representatives with actionable insights and performance tracking
  • Administer and configure Salesforce Agentforce in collaboration with the Process Innovations team, defining agent actions and topics to control what the AI agent can do within the system, while driving adoption and encouraging users to utilize Agentforce across the organization
