About The Position

MaintainX is the world's leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, serving 14,000+ customers. We are scaling rapidly, driven by Series D momentum, enterprise expansion, and a growing Go-To-Market organization across North America. Salesforce is the system of record for our sales, retention, and growth processes, and this role is responsible for owning and administering this critical platform. You will manage a Salesforce instance that spans sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining the platform's cleanliness and scalability, developing automations to reduce manual work, and configuring CPQ and commissions workflows that govern our quoting and payment processes. You will report into RevOps and collaborate with GTM leads to translate business needs into effective platform solutions.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Salesforce Administrator experience (typically 5-10+ years), with proven ownership of enterprise-scale orgs and advanced platform configurations.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification & Advanced Admin Certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, workflows, process builder, and data management.
  • Fluency with Salesforce automation tools and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with agile sprint methodology and Jira or equivalent tooling.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities without dropping quality.
  • Daily verbal and written communication in English with customers in primarily English-speaking markets (US/English Canada).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard work within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Customize and scale Salesforce to support our sales, marketing, and CS processes, including custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automations.
  • Build and maintain flows, process builders, and integrations to reduce manual work and ensure data accuracy as the organization grows.
  • Own CPQ and commissions configuration, managing the workflows for pricing, quoting, and compensation.
  • Deliver reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, productivity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Drive data hygiene at scale through validation rules, cleansing routines, and deduplication to maintain instance trustworthiness.
